Phew! I did it.  It feels vulnerable to post my very 1st video on my very own personal YouTube channel. It's unpolished, and I do tend to have a perfectionists streak, however I am walking into the heat - imperfections and all.

Join me on the path to a relaxed mind and body through my video blog. I'm all about Ashiatsu and deep tissue barefoot massage. My #1 goal is sharing more bliss with you, and with the world. Less pain, less stress, and more bliss.

Yessssss, please, and thank you!

Thank you Leonard! It's a good challenge for me to be figuring out the ins and outs of YouTube, along with video editing and production, but I am doing it! Surely it will keep getting easier as I go.

I can't wait to visit you on my next Austin work trip... I'm thinking straight off the airplane would be a perfect time for a 2 hour session. Hope your business is doing well! Ashiatsu is the best modality.

Hi Christina, I live in the Uk so unfortunately cannot visit your salon but having watched your videos on Youtube find them incredibly relaxing and calming and will quite often watch them before falling asleep. I just was wondering if you have a DVD of your massages as I would definitely buy it as a de-stressing tool.

Hi John. I don't have the YouTube videos in DVD format, but maybe one of these days I can have something of the sort available. So glad you enjoy them!

Can you email me where you trained in ashiatsu. I would like to learn but want a quality class.

I trained with Jeni Spring, who offers classes in Texas. She instructs through the AOBT style of Ashiatsu. It was a fun class, and she's a really good instructor. Thanks for asking.

Christina, thank you for introducing me to Ashiatsu yesterday, what a great way to end a vacation. The massage was amazing! I will be looking for a reason to come back to Austin to see you again.

Hi Christina, I'm a fellow LMT in Portland OR, now trained in Ashiatsu thru Deep Feet. I'm looking for an alternative to using the installed bars, like a bench, chair, client on matt, low table, etc. I would appreciate any data you may have come across. I'm in an office where over head bars may not be possible. Thank you~ Laurel

Ashiatsu bars do tend to make a huge difference for me in the range of work I can do for clients, however in unique situations without a massage table and outside of my studio (like with friends and family) I've used hallway walls and door frames, gym style pull-up bars/equipment, trees, and chairs. It's also helpful to be able to do seated and/or side-lying work (using hands and feet) without bars. Might look into types of barefoot massage like Fijan and Chavutti Thirumal. Thanks for asking, and good luck to you in your barefoot practice and search for alternatives!!
