1. Shoulder + Scalp Massage
With multiple points of contact, your mind has no other option but to melt into the experience. It’s like having two therapists working on you at the same time!

2. Deep Tissue Pressure
People who need deep tissue pressure love Ashiatsu massage. Using my body weight to relax into the experience helps me melt into deep muscle tension.

3. Deep Relaxation
It's comforting to observe people as they shift into a deeply relaxed state. It's a crazy world out there, and sometimes all we need is a little TLC to recharge our batteries.

4. Relief from Pain
Ashiatsu is a great tool for injury care and recovery. Relieve muscle tension, loosen adhesion, increase circulation, and speed up recovery. Healing is possible!

5. Connection
Feeling nurtured opens us up to greater connection with ourselves and others. Expand the universe within your soul simply by giving yourself the care you deserve.

~Thanks for reading the Top 5 reasons I love Ashiatsu. What do you love most about it?

Love seeing the videos of your massages that you give - even though I haven't experienced one - yet - they are still very relaxing and beautiful!!!

This website has been a labor of love for me over the years, and I definitely had fun making the videos with PsycheTruth. I was a little nervous at first, being new to video, but warmed up quickly. Thanks for the kind words and support!

Affection seeing the features of your back rubs that you give - despite the fact that I haven't encountered one - yet - they are still extremely unwinding and excellent!!!

I appreciate it Ralph. I hope you can find someone who does Ashiatsu in Ohio if you can't make it out to Austin. Glad you enjoy the videos.

Hi Christina, I love ashiatsu and have enjoyed it from several Ruth Hardee disciples. The modality is so relaxing, the deep pressure is amazing, and I can tell you're very good at it. Some of the big spas at the Vegas hotels like Red Rock Casino have ashiatsu. I was just in Austin last week for business but next time I will book an appointment right off the plane. Btw I love your vids... You're a natural!

Honestly though, your will and dedication to helping others relax from stressful environments is incomparable. Your sessions take me away to a far off place where I am content and free. Need to see you soon!
