Actually, it's a day after my birthday, but I didn't want to let it slip by without letting you know how grateful I am for:
1. Ashiatsu massage. I worked on my birthday. That's how much I love what I do! 2. Connection, friends, family ... It doesn't get much better than that. And, 3: YOU. Sure, every day is not sunshine and rainbows, but there's a reason you are here reading this message right now. If you ever feel down, just know that everything will work out eventually. You are loved and cherished. Plus, if you ever need a good pick me, come see me and get an amazing massage. I live for helping people feel nourished and refreshed. Big Ashiatsu Love to You my friends, Christina

It's July 2023, and do you know what that means? It means I've been specializing in Ashiatsu barefoot massage for 14 years now. Holy smokes - that's a long time, So Happy Massage-aversary to Sole Symphony! What a blessing to LOVE what I do every day, still. Refining and upgrading my skills over the days, weeks, months, and years definitely keeps it fun and interesting. Thanks for helping me become this person who listens with feet, who relaxes deeply into intuitive flow, who channels peace and good vibes for a living. I'm humbled to be of service. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. *This is an actual picture from my planner in July of 2009 displaying my mad doodle skills and excitement for the upcoming barefoot massage class I took. Little did I know how transformative this work would become for me and for so many I've had the honor to touch. ~ Christina, Sole Symphony |
My 1st Ashiatsu Massage Video! Within days of posting my last blog about setting the intention to make a video, an opportunity fell right into my lap. Working with Corrina and Corey on an Ashiatsu massage video was so much fun, and it's been empowering to reach so many with my work. Enjoy. | |
Hi Everybody, I tend to be resist posting things publicly, so starting a blog feels vulnerable, but one thing that I've learned in life and business is this: There is BIG, f a t personal growth in moving *towards* things that feel challenging... AND there is great connection to be had through vulnerability. So, in lieu of being brave, my goal and intention for the next *big vulnerable blog post* will be... video! And yes, one with me in it. Go forth. Be brave. Big Love, ~Christina |
